just a simple diet that worked for me.
The Most important Rule of the Diet: Lay off the carbs! Eat lean meats, poultry or fish + vegtables for dinner add 1/2 cup of rice to the the same for lunch and have a slimming shake to supplement for breakfast. Do this every day for a week and see how much weight you lose!
